Lin joined BAGLY in June 2018 to develop and coordinate youth leadership programs and advocacy initiatives. They are deeply committed to building community and supporting safer spaces for LGBTQ+ youth, particularly transgender and nonbinary youth of color. Prior to BAGLY, Lin coordinated various youth leadership programs at YW Boston, Chinese Progressive Association, and Asian Community Development Corporation.

Lin facilitates poetry workshops for teen writers at GrubStreet, a nonprofit creative writing center, and previously founded the A-WAY slam poetry team, which brings together high school students across various Asian youth-serving organizations in Boston. Lin graduated from Tufts University with a degree in American Studies with a focus on Race and Ethnic Studies. They can be found reading queer fiction, hiking, eating noodles, or at the barn with the horses.
