Youth Leadership & Advocacy Program Coordinator
(Full Time Position)
The YLA Program Coordinator will be responsible for implementing YLA Program activities and providing programmatic administrative support. The Coordinator is also responsible for staffing the Community Center and on- and off-site events.
The Coordinator works closely with other Programs staff, colleagues throughout the organization, and youth leaders to ensure the success of BAGLY events and community partnerships.
This position will operate on-site at BAGLY’s Downtown Boston Community Center. Evenings are required to staff drop-in hours. Occasional weekends are also required.

Community Center Volunteers provide support for the Community Center by assisting staff, welcoming youth, and helping create a positive and inclusive environment.
Community Center Volunteers will work to ensure community members have access to resources, activities, and support services.

The Development Manager will lead and manage many of BAGLY’s annual fundraising operations, campaign implementation, stewardship systems, and project management workflows, while collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Development & Marketing on fundraising strategy, growth opportunities, and long-term planning. The Development Manager will manage a portfolio of fundraising projects and donor engagement activities across individual giving, institutional funding, corporate partnerships, fundraising events, and development operations.
This position will be based at the BAGLY office in downtown Boston, MA. Work-from-home hybrid arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Operations Volunteers assist in maintaining the physical integrity, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of the Community Center.
This role is highly dynamic, blending logistics, inventory management, and reporting based on the organization’s needs.
