Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Senior Bookkeeper
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt position that is part of the Development & Marketing team at BAGLY. In this role, you will help develop, implement, and measure BAGLY’s annual marketing and communications plan and assist in creating BAGLY’s outward-facing communications.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator also works closely with peers, colleagues, and youth program participants to raise BAGLY’s profile and articulate BAGLY’s mission and impact.

BAGLY is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Operations team in a part-time capacity. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting our mission-driven work, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive QuickBooks Online experience and a deep understanding of nonprofit financial management.
